Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Other UK Territories

  • We gladly accept orders shipped to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and other UK territories.
  • Flat Rate: £12.95

Estimated Arrival Times

  • Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Laddera does not ship on weekends or UK bank holidays.
  • During peak holiday months (November–December), orders may take up to 48 hours to be shipped.
  • Mainland UK Deliveries: Arrive in approximately 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked or a similar courier service. Tracking information will be sent via email.
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and UK Territories: Arrive in 3–5 business days. Tracking information will also be sent via email.

To promote sustainability, we use packaging made from recycled materials or upcycled boxes for shipments. All packing materials inside are also upcycled.

Customs and Duties

  • Duties and taxes for international orders are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. These fees are collected upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Laddera does not cover these charges.

  • Note: If an order is refused due to customs fees or is not claimed and returned to us, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
